1. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Domestic Orders (India): Usually delivered within 4–7 business days.

• International Orders: Delivery may take 10–15 business days, depending on customs and location.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on pin code, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

• A nominal delivery charge may apply for orders below ₹999.

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking link shared via email or SMS once your parcel is shipped.

5. Delays & Non-Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Courier partner issues

• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

In such cases, our support team will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order:

• Include photos and your order ID for quick assistance.
  We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your case.
