At Jenil Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are crafted with care and quality, but if you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and certificates intact.
A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or personalized products
Opened or used gemstones, crystals, or rudraksha
Products purchased during a sale or with discount coupons
Items without original packaging or tampered condition
To initiate a return:
Email us at jenilgems21@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Once approved, ship the product securely to the address shared by our support team.
After inspection, we will process your refund or replacement as per policy.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality checks.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
In case of prepaid orders, transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.
If the product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
